Noodles and Ribs was the concept launched by Elements Restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel Doha last summer. It features a delectable variety of ribs and Chef Ding’s hand pulled noodles. Before I left for vacation last July, the foodie in me was so eager to try it because the concept looks interesting and unique, but the thrifty side of me was telling me not to pay QAR 200 for just noodles and ribs (I didn’t know then that salads, sushi and desserts are included).
